John & Addison

     Easter was extra amazing because that is the weekend John & Addison got married! These mountains in North Georgia added even more wonder to this amazing wedding. Blue Mountain Vineyards is now one of my new favorite venues – can everyone get married there? From the vintage decor, sweet love letters and strong faith – John and Addison’s wedding is one I will always think of each year at Easter-time.

     These two met while working at a cheer competition (crazy timing!) and I can’t help but think that their story is one that should be a movie because it’s so sweet and romantic.  I especially loved seeing John’s reaction to seeing Addison. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE cried. It was such an honor to get to know them and photograph their wedding. I know everyone says that, but couple’s like John and Addison are few & far between. They have the sweetest family and friends and their wedding was the perfect reflection of Christ’s love. Fitting that is was Easter weekend!

First looks with dad never get old – easily one of my favorite things to photograph!

John’s best man was his grandfather and I think it was a great choice. Let me tell you…..he kept us on our toes. What a riot! Always making us laugh with jokes and hilarious advice. Grandpa is definitely a keeper.

I think we can all agree that Addison is GORGEOUS! I loved meeting her bridesmaids – they were all so sweet just like her. 

Who knew that wedding socks could be so funny….there were two set of socks that John had. So to make everyone happy, I think he wore a different one on each foot just to be safe.

The doors that the table sitting chart was on was Addison’s grandparents. What a cool heirloom piece! I especially loved the vintage camera centerpieces.

Right at sunset we snuck John and Addison outside to get some pictures and wow – best decision ever! These turned out so beautiful! Timing is everything.
