Lake Winfield Scott, North Georgia Wedding

    It was only a few years ago that I became friends with Ethan at a small group Bible study that met at the Chattahoochee River. You really can learn about a person with how they spend their free time (who has free time, right?) At Becky & Ethan’s wedding someone asked “who here knows Ethan & Becky from of a Bible study or church group?” and about two-thirds of their wedding guests raised their hands! What a powerful testament to their lives.

    It’s been such an honor to work with this couple and get to know them more along the way. Becky is the perfect match for Ethan. Just to put it in perspective – their wedding hashtag is #teamcarney. Never has there been a more determined & health conscious couple! Everyone will agree -these two love fitness and adventure! On most weekends you will find them scoping out a new hiking trail or workout together. I’ve never had a bride & groom ask me “can we take pictures of us running?” Wait…..you want to run? Ok! Let’s do this!

If there was one word or theme to their wedding – it had to be community! They surround themselves with a tight-knit group of friends and family. During the reception, a few people shared stories of Ethan & Becky and their favorite memories with them. These two are HILARIOUS! And also so genuine and helping to their family and friends. I can only imagine the stories they will collect throughout the years together – funny moment and times of coming together to help others. I know they are going to make a huge impact together and it makes me so excited for their future! So yes guys, #TEAMCARNEY!

Here are a few of my favorite moments from their wedding! And I have to say – that canoe was really reminding me of The Notebook. It doesn’t get better than that!
