Tim & Lindsay | Pie Bar Engagement Session in Downtown Woodstock

Have you ever been working on something and thought, “this must be a dream!”. So many of my favorite things combined into something glorious! Photography, pie & puppies; what else could a girl ask for?

Last weekend it snowed here in Georgia (which is a miracle). As the next weeks weather forecast rolled in, warmer weather was on the horizon – Highs in the 70’s. We quickly adjusted our schedules and made plans for this sweet engagement session with Lindsay & Tim. And of course you cannot forget their pups, Toby & Tappo. Cute!

Then….comes the best part! We headed to downtown Woodstock and stopped by Pie Bar. You won’t believe how cute this little pie shop is. They are serious about their pies! The owners were just on the Cooking Channel (and won!!). So amazing!

This was the cutest setting for Tim & Lindsay’s engagement session. Looks like we were just on set for Southern Living Magazine or Vera Bradley. My dream!

And here’s a little inside scoop for all you romantics out there…..we stopped my the gazebo where Tim proposed to Lindsay. (just stop it) How much cuter could this session get?! In documenting their story, this is part of it! This season of engagement can be a whirlwind, but by taking the time to slow down and enjoy the process, makes it such an overlooked season. We all want to “hurry up” the plans and get all the stressful parts out of the way. But if you look closely; there are two people who are making the decision to weave the rest of their lives together. So in 20+ years, this time will look like milliseconds! So enjoy each second and have some pie!

Tim & Lindsay; I can’t wait for your wedding this fall! It is going to be so much fun! You guys are so easy-going and your pups were adorable! You both rocked your engagement session.
