This is the year of newborn baby girls! Sugar, spice & everything nice. Juliet’s mama, Jess, is the most amazing hair dresser (she did my wedding hair) so it was only fitting that I take her newborn pictures! It’s sorta funny how I met Jess….a few years ago I house/cat sat for them and voila! Here I am, years later, taking pictures of their first baby. Baby Juliet is super sweet and was very alert for her photoshoot. Love seeing her baby blue eyes gaze into the camera; making hearts melt instantly. Maybe they will stay blue or turn green like her mamas. We will see! Either way, there is no doubt about it; Juliet is a cutie!
This rocking chair has been used in their family for generations; rocking babies to sleep and providing a place to rest. I love that we were able to use it in a few pictures!
Everyone is going crazy over this flower circle! Behind-the-scenes; these were just some fresh flowers I picked up at Trader Joe’s. Eucalyptus & pink carnations. We put our diy/Pinterest hats on & arranged them to give us the look we wanted. And I love how it turned out! Since it was fresh eucalyptus, it smelled amazing!
This last picture is a little bonus! As were were taking pictures of everyone on the couch, we looked over and saw the cat ready for a picture too. Haha, someone might me a little jealous.
