If there was one word to describe 2017, it would be….exhilarating! I took the leap and focused more on weddings this year and it was so incredibly fulfilling! A huge thank you to each couple who hired me to document their day – my sincerest appreciation! Ya’ll are making my dreams come true and it has been the best adventure yet!
Now, along the way there have been a few behind-the-scenes photos that my amazing second-shooters captured. Ya’ll really get to see me in action! A lot of the same black dresses (I need to go shopping!) and pony tails (when I mean business) and a few weird hand motions & facial expressions are the secrets to making a great wedding photo.

Best year ever! Thank you thank you thank you to all the amazing couples, families and friends who welcomed me into their lives and let me take their pictures! Along the way as an entrepreneur, you have moments of thinking “am I doing this right?” and just when I start to second guess myself, I get a sweet email or thank you note from one of my clients and I realize….I am doing this right! It get’s me pumped up! I absolutely can’t wait for all the weddings lined up for 2018! I can already tell it’s going to be an amazing year!
