With the start of summer, I know many couples are eager to plan their engagement session before we hit the unbearable heat of summer – who can blame them? For Casey & Reese we hit the road and headed to North Georgia (maybe the temperatures are cooler there, right?!). It could not have been more perfect weather – not too hot, not too cold. And guys….if you have never ventured out to Dahlonega, there are some beautiful mountain vineyards that are a MUST SEE. Starting with Montaluce Winery– their tuscan vibes that will make you feel like you stepped right into a small town in Italy. Which I know we could all use some travel bug remedies lately. This was perfect!
I am so thankful that for one of my first post-corona sessions, I was able to photograph these two in such a beautiful location. I am certain that I took WAY too many photos (I missed photography so much) and it felt so good to just get out of the house. Not only that, but Casey and Reese are such a cool couple – it felt like I was just catching up with friends. Seriously love how sweet and fun they are together! We are going to have the best time this September at their wedding – can’t wait!
