Intimate Garden Wedding Ball Ground Georgia | Garner & Emily

Garner & Emily

Plans may have changed a bit for Emily & Garner, but their love was steady through all of the changes. Their day could not have been any more beautiful! I am so glad that they decided to keep their original wedding date and go forward with their wedding! I know this was their “plan b” but wow – it ended up being so gorgeous! I was so impressed with how they adapted their plans to move from their first location to their family’s backyard. By looking through their gallery, you would never guess that this was held at Garner’s aunt & uncle’s home in Ball Ground Georgia. Talk about #homegoals

What I’ve found, with smaller weddings, is that a lot of the same elements to a wedding day are still there….but it almost elevates the most important parts. Making the sweeter parts to a wedding….even sweeter! One of my favorite parts to Emily & Garner’s day, was when they did a first look. You could sense how much thankfulness and joy they both had to finally get to this day. It was so beautiful to be a part of and photograph! I also loved that during the ceremony, they had a zoom call set up for all of their original wedding guest to be able to join. You could absolutely feel all of their support and love through the computer screen. So sweet!!

Emily & Garner are one of the most sincere and genuine couples I’ve had the chance to meet. Their love is so pure and honest, and I think this aspect to their relationship was so evidently displayed in their wedding details. Even down to the flowers blooming around them….it was as if God had his hand in the little details as well (I know HE loves weddings). What a perfect day!!

Thank you to everyone who came together to support Emily & Garner in their marriage and wedding day. You are all amazing!!

I thought this was so sweet! Garner’s best man – who was also his brother, had to be extra cautious at the wedding! He didn’t want to miss out on being there for Garner – so he drive all the way from Texas to be there. On top of that long drive, he also had to be very careful because his wife was soon to have a baby. So he had to be a little bit more distanced away – so we got creative with including him in photos. You could tell that this family greatly valued each other and there was no distance that could separate their love and support.

Congratulations Emily & Garner! Beautiful hearts with a beautiful wedding story!
